MojoKid — Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy covers the mojokid.com website and the
Android apps published by MojoKid (Yinon Kuperstein): PillTrackr,
DrinkTrackr, EarShot — Ear Training Game and
Snails. It explains what information we collect, why, how long we keep it, and
how you can have it deleted.
In short: we do not sell your personal data, we collect the minimum each app
needs to work, the content you save in PillTrackr and DrinkTrackr is never used for advertising
(those apps contain no ads at all), and you can have everything we hold about you deleted by
following the steps in Data Deletion.
Information We Collect, Per App
PillTrackr (medication tracker — no ads)
- Your medication list, schedules, reminders and dose history. This is stored on your
device. If you choose to sign in (Google account via Firebase Authentication), it is
also synced to our cloud database (Google Firebase/Firestore) so you can restore it on
another device. Without sign-in, your content does not leave your device (only the
diagnostics described below do).
- Your account email address (only if you sign in).
- Purchase state for the one-time Pro upgrade (processed by Google Play Billing — we never
see your payment details).
- Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Crashlytics / Analytics).
DrinkTrackr (drink tracker — no ads)
- Your logged drinks, goals and settings — stored on your device, optionally synced to our
cloud database if you sign in, exactly as described for PillTrackr.
- Your account email address (only if you sign in), Pro purchase state (Google Play
Billing), crash reports and anonymous usage statistics.
EarShot — Ear Training Game
- No account is required. For online duels and rankings the app stores on our server: an
anonymous device identifier, the display name you choose, your scores/duel results, and —
if you allow notifications — a push-notification token used only to tell you about duel
challenges.
- Optional Google Play Games sign-in for achievements and leaderboards (governed by
Google's privacy policy).
- Advertising: the game shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process a
device advertising identifier; where required (e.g. EEA/UK) you are asked for consent and
can change your choice in the game's settings. See
Google's advertising policy.
- Optional in-app purchases (Google Play Billing), crash reports and anonymous usage
statistics.
Snails
- No account is required. Game progress is stored on your device.
- Advertising via Google AdMob and optional Google Play Games sign-in, as described for
EarShot above. Crash diagnostics may be collected through Google Play services.
Website (mojokid.com)
- Standard server logs (browser type, IP address, date/time of requests), used only to
operate and protect the site.
Data Retention
- Data stored on your device (medication/drink logs when not signed in,
game progress, settings): kept until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. We
hold no copy of it.
- Synced account data (PillTrackr / DrinkTrackr cloud backups and your
account email): kept for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, it
is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- EarShot online-play records (display name, scores, duel history, push
token): kept while you play; push tokens of inactive devices are pruned. Deleted within
30 days of a deletion request.
- Crash reports and usage statistics: retained by Google Firebase for
limited periods (crash data approximately 90 days; analytics according to its configured
retention, at most 14 months), then deleted automatically.
- Purchase records: minimal transaction records are retained as long as
required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, then deleted or
anonymized.
- Website server logs: rotated and deleted within 12 months.
Data Deletion — How to Delete Your Data
You are in control of your data. The deletion process:
- On-device data: delete individual entries inside the app, or remove
everything by uninstalling the app or using Android's
Settings → Apps → Storage → Clear data.
- Account and cloud data (all apps): send an email to
games@mojokid.com with the subject
"Data Deletion Request — [app name]".
- For PillTrackr / DrinkTrackr, send it from the email address you signed in with, so
we can verify the request.
- For EarShot, include your in-game display name.
We will verify the request and permanently delete your account link, all synced content
and all online-play records within 30 days, and confirm by reply. The
only data we may keep is what we are legally required to retain (e.g. proof of a
purchase).
- Google-held data: data processed by Google Play Games, AdMob or your
Google account is controlled from your
Google account settings; ad-consent choices
can be changed in the settings of the games that show ads.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties, except the service
providers named above (Google Firebase, Google Play services, and Google AdMob in the games)
that process it on our behalf, and where disclosure is required by law.
Children
Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal
information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS), and cloud data is stored on Google's infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable
safeguards to protect your information.
Cookies (Website)
The website may use cookies to remember preferences. You can refuse cookies in your browser
settings; parts of the site may not function without them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version at this address with an updated
effective date. Material changes affecting app data will also be reflected in the relevant
app's store listing.
