The story of “Country Theme” is pretty interesting – I wrote the whole piece in about an hour. I then tweaked it, of course, mixed it and worked on the sounds, but the actual lines of music were simply played in real time, in one take for each track, without much planning. It just HAPPENED. I know it sounds strange, but I fell in love with this piece. The lines sounded beautiful to me, and I heard it in my head for days, until I really couldn’t sleep. It almost haunted me.

 
I will make this a short one, and let the piece speak for itself, but go easy on it – it’s addictive 🙂
